Insurance vs Private Pay

Quality mental health care should be a right, not a privilege. Which of these best suits your needs?

Insurance or EAP coverage

  • Requires a diagnosis on file

  • Sessions 60 minutes long

  • System collects copay + insurance claim is submitted after session

  • EAP may dictate how many sessions are covered

  • Currently accepting clients with Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Oscar, and United Healthcare

Private Pay

  • No diagnosis necessary on file

  • Sessions 60 minutes long

  • System collects full payment after session

  • No limit to the amount of sessions you’re able to schedule

  • If insurance not accepted, out-of-network claim reimbursement available for you to submit to insurance (please note, this does require a diagnosis on file)
